Competitors sell pieces. Charts closes the loop.

The EHR, practice website, and AI voice receptionist share the same operational spine. Keep your current website if you want—the phone AI and online booking still connect.

  1. 01

    Call

The AI voice receptionist answers while staff are busy or the practice is closed.

  2. 02

    Booked

Phone and web bookings land in the same EHR schedule and patient workflow.

  3. 03

    Seen

Check-in, eligibility, chart history, and the treatment plan are already connected.

  4. 04

    Noted

The scribe drafts the note and live coding suggestions for provider review.

  5. 05

    Claimed

Chart context moves into the superbill, payer rules, clearinghouse, and denial engine.

  6. 06

    Paid

ERA, patient balance, card on file, and Text-to-Pay close the loop.

Seven systems your front desk reconciles by hand today. Or one.

Each major workflow gets first-class product depth. The complete inventory goes further—38 connected modules across clinical, front desk, revenue, engagement, and practice operations.

When the modules share context, whole categories of work disappear.

Fewer handoffs, fewer blind spots, and a buyer-visible record of what happens before, during, and after the visit.

01

The note begins during the visit—not after the clinic closes.

Ambient recording or dictation creates a structured draft and live coding suggestions. The provider reviews, edits, and signs before anything becomes final.

One chart, every discipline—and every provider on the same page.

Shared operations do not require every provider to document the same way. Charts keeps discipline-aware clinical workflows connected to a common schedule, patient, claim, and report.

$199, $349, or $499. That is the entire price list.

Start with the clinical foundation, add the connected revenue workflow, or run a multi-provider practice in one system.

MedSite Charts all-in-one platform advantage

Built for PHI from day one.

Charts is healthcare software, so the boring parts are non-negotiable and built in — not sold as add-ons.

Already on ChiroTouch, Jane, or another system?

The AI Scan Solutions platform ships import adapters for systems practices actually use — including ChiroTouch, Jane, ACOM, Cliniko, OpenDental, ChiroFusion, NexHealth, and DrChrono — so your historic charts, patients, and schedules come with you.

  1. ExportPull patients, appointments, and documents from your current system.
  2. Map and importRecords land in Charts with demographics, insurance, and history intact.
  3. Validate togetherYour team spot-checks real charts against the source before anything switches.
  4. Go liveThe front desk, providers, and billing start on one record — with the old data behind them.

Ask about your specific system in the demo — migration scope is part of the first conversation, not a surprise after signing.

What practices say about the AI Scan Solutions platform.

Charts is the record layer of the same stack. These published reviews are from practices using the platform's AI receptionist, websites, custom EHR, and patient-engagement systems — not Charts itself, which is newly live.

Questions practice owners ask before switching

Direct answers about fit, migration, ownership, AI review, and the connected platform.

01Is MedSite Charts built for multidisciplinary practices?

Yes. Charts is positioned for chiropractic, physical therapy and rehab, acupuncture, integrative care, and mixed-discipline clinics that want providers, scheduling, documentation, claims, engagement, and reporting in one system.

02Can the AI voice agent and online booking work with my current website?

Yes. A practice can keep its existing website and still connect the MedSite AI voice receptionist and online booking to the Charts schedule. A connected MedSite practice website is available when the practice wants the full website-to-EHR loop, but it is not forced.

03Does the AI scribe finalize notes or codes on its own?

No. The scribe creates an AI-assisted draft and coding suggestions. The treating provider reviews, edits, and signs the record before it is finalized.

04What is included in each MedSite Charts tier?

Charts Lite is $199 per month for a single-provider charting and scheduling foundation. Charts Core is $349 per month and adds the claims, superbill, eligibility-to-claim, and remittance workflow. Charts Plus is $499 per month for group-practice and multi-provider operations with migration support.

05How does migration from another EHR work?

The implementation team maps the data and workflows that matter, prepares the Charts environment, and can run preparation in parallel with the current EHR so the practice can keep seeing patients while records, schedules, forms, and staff handoffs are readied for cutover.

06Does the practice still own its data?

Yes. Practice data remains owned by the practice and is designed to remain exportable. MedSite Charts does not charge an offboarding fee.

07How do the website, voice receptionist, and EHR connect?

Calls and web bookings enter the same schedule and patient workflow. The visit moves into the chart, the scribe assists with the note, claims and patient balances stay in the same system, and Text-to-Pay can close the loop.

08Can Charts handle insurance and self-pay workflows together?

Yes. The platform connects eligibility, superbills, electronic claims, remittance, denial work, card on file, payment plans, kiosk balances, and Text-to-Pay to the patient and visit context.
